11. Children & Minors

ph362 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. The Platform is strictly restricted to persons aged 21 and above as mandated by PAGCOR regulations. Age verification is performed at the point of registration and may be re-requested at any time.

If ph362 becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person under the age of 21, that data will be deleted immediately and the associated account closed. If you believe a minor has created a ph362 account, please contact our support team or Data Protection Officer immediately at the details provided in Section 14.

12. International Data Transfers

ph362 primarily processes personal data within the Philippines. Where data is transferred to service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, to international game software providers or cloud infrastructure providers — ph362 ensures that such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards, including:

14. Contact & Data Protection Officer

ph362 has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) as required under the Philippine Data Privacy Act. The DPO is responsible for overseeing ph362's compliance with the DPA 2012 and for handling data rights requests and privacy complaints.
