You agree to provide, upon request, any documentation required to complete KYC verification, including but not limited to: government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfied.
ph362 targets GCash and Maya withdrawal processing within 1–2 hours of a verified withdrawal request under normal operating conditions. This commitment is subject to the verification, bonus wagering, and fraud-review provisions described in this section.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ph362 may be required to disclose player information to PAGCOR, the AMLC, or other Philippine regulatory or law enforcement bodies in accordance with applicable legal obligations. Such disclosures do not constitute a breach of ph362's confidentiality obligations to you.
ph362 may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:
Upon termination for cause (i.e., breach of Terms), ph362 reserves the right to forfeit any balance in your account, including funds originating from deposits, if such deposits are found to be linked to fraudulent or prohibited conduct. Upon termination not for cause, any verifiable real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees or outstanding liabilities.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Nothing in this clause prevents ph362 from seeking immediate injunctive relief to protect its intellectual property or other rights where necessary.
ph362 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ph362 will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or in-platform notification. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the ph362 Platform following the notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 12.
